Delivery areas

We ship to most pin codes across India. Remote or restricted locations may experience longer delivery times or limited service availability.

Shipping charges

Standard shipping is free on orders above ₹999. Orders below ₹999 incur a flat shipping fee of ₹99 at checkout.

Express delivery may be available in select metro cities for an additional charge.

Processing & delivery times

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days. You will receive tracking details by email and SMS once your order is dispatched.

Delayed or lost shipments

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated window, contact support with your order ID and we will investigate with our courier partner.

ManStyle Hub is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses, natural events, or courier disruptions beyond our control.

Return eligibility

Unworn items with original tags and packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery.

Innerwear, customized products, and items marked final sale are not eligible for return.

How to initiate a return

Contact our support team with your order ID and reason for return. We will provide a return authorization and pickup or drop-off instructions.

Please do not ship items back without confirmation — unauthorized returns may not be processed.

Exchanges

Size or color exchanges are free for eligible products, subject to stock availability.

If the requested variant is unavailable, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
